This month, my Downtown Detroit luxury loft’s leasing office hosted me and my neighbors to a picnic in the park! We had a (very) Happy Hour (okay, and it was actually quite a few hours), in Capitol Park that was catered by Eatòri Market!
We started the evening with Chef India’s Cucumber and Feta Salad, with, well, Cucumber and Feta… Seriously, the Cukes in this salad are so fresh and crisp, and the Tomatoes so sweet, that they pair perfectly with the soft and savory Feta. I can only imagine how incredible this would be if I picked it up for dinner one night and then had leftovers for lunch the next day. Only, yeah, leftovers are totally not happening with me and this salad…
Next, we had Quinoa Salad, with Baby Carrots, Chickpeas, and Kale. Did you know that Quinoa has all nine essential amino acids? Yeah. Me neither. But all that really matters is that this salad is a TEN!
Having Eatòri Market just around the corner from my Downtown Detroit loft means I always know I can ‘wing it’ when it comes to dinner. But this takes on a whole new meaning when you have their Wings: we had Boneless Buffalo Wings and traditional Wings and Sauce.
But even a carnivore like myself can’t get enough of Chef India’s Roasted Veggie Brioche Sandwich. These are so hearty and so tasty, I would swear they were not vegetarian if I didn’t know better. And by know better, I mean ate two (or three)…!
The best part? All of the incredible eats that Chef India whipped up for us are available in the Eatòri Market for me to enjoy at home!
And I can also get Cheeses and Crackers and Fancy Fruits and Vegs from this Specialty Grocery Store that make me look like a Chef when I have friends over to my loft. Not to mention Craft Beers and bottles of Wine.
So, whether you’re Kicking Off a Long Weekend, Hosting a Labor Day Picnic, or Just Picking Up Dinner: Eatòri Market in Detroit Has Got You Covered! And Living in the Lofts of Merchants Row means you get treated to it ALL!
