And having the House of Pure Vin on the first floor of my luxury loft lets me ‘Save the Date’ for ‘Every Last Sunday of the Month’!
I get to plan on enjoying a three- or four-course meal prepared by Chef Cedric Andrews accompanied by wines curated by Master Sommelier Claudia Tyagi and Certified Sommelier Michael Calvert. And I get to be surprised by the menu and the wine pairings!
This month’s experience starts off with a first course of Vegetable Fritter, a Selection of Winter Vegetables with Herb Aioli, followed by Quiche, with Walnut, Herb Cheese, and Sage. After which I will be on to a main course of Mushroom Steak, with Roasted Tomatoes, Garlic, and Succotash. Then I’ll be treated to Chef Cedric’s Olive Oil Cake, with Pistachio, White Chocolate, and Pear.
And all of this deliciousness will be paired with Organic or Natural Wines selected especially for each dish!
So, for three hours on Sunday (from 5 until 8 p.m.), all I have to do is step outside my front door to know I will be pleasantly surprised by the sumptuous treats and tasty wine that accompany them! #Adulting has never been so easy.
