One of the best things about living in the Lofts of Merchants Row is that your friends and neighbors in the building don’t have the exact same ‘apartment’ as you.
Obviously, even when you live in a building or complex with multiple units, people decorate their apartments differently. And that is true here too. In fact, having the same city we all love right outside our door seems to inspire creativity and encourage everyone to have their loft reflect not just the city, but their personality.
But the lofts themselves also create unique spaces: first, they’re not all the same layout and, second, they all have incredibly cool distinct features that have been preserved in the renovation that added luxury amenities like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, huge walk-in showers, and whirlpool tubs. There are units with exposed original brick walls and support columns that add visual interest, poured concrete floors perfect for oriental rugs and unique floor coverings that create multiple areas in an expansive room, and seat-deep window ledges lining oversized windows that are perfect for plants or just taking in the city skyline.
So, when the Lofts of Merchants Row hosts an Open House it’s a great chance for everyone to check out the different layouts (there are studios to three bedrooms in the Lofts of Merchants Row), no two of which are the same from design to decorating details…and there’s a Loft’s of Merchants Row Open House this Thursday, October 27, from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m., followed by a Lofts Resident Event at Giordano’s where we will enjoy free pizza while mingling with old friends and possible new neighbors!
