The Lofts of Merchants Row offer 157 loft apartment homes that have been created from some of Detroit’s most historic retail buildings built during the early 20th Century.

The Merchants Row site is the former home of the Woolworth Department Store, SS Kresge, and Frank & Seder Co. Department Stores. The existing site will feature 40,000 square feet first level retail including the following merchants:
